Visa assistance services are available to students who are committed towards taking up the flight training programs with the flying schools.

Pilots Assist will guide students through the visa application process, by providing the necessary documentation and assistance in filling out visa application forms. However, it is important to note that the final outcome of the visa application depends on the relevant authorities at the Department of Home Affairs or equivalent governmental bodies of the respective country.

Visa Application Fees

We will assist the students by guiding them on the visa process which includes the fee structure and payment.

Visa Denial

In the event of a visa denial, students are required to promptly inform Pilots Assist and provide documentation of the denial. The outcome of the visa application is beyond our control, and we are committed to assisting students within the framework of the law.

Withdrawal of Visa Assistance

Pilots Assist reserves the right to withdraw visa assistance services if a student’s actions or behaviors are found to compromise the integrity of the application process or if there are concerns related to the accuracy and authenticity of the provided documents.
