CPL ELIGIBILITY
Commercial pilots are responsible for safely transporting passengers between destinations for commercial airlines. In India, eligibility criteria for becoming a commercial pilot include:
- You must be at least 17 years old to commence training for a Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- A passing grade in Class 12 with Mathematics, Physics, and English is mandatory. Non-science students can fulfil these requirements through the National Institute of Open Schooling.
- Possession of a valid DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) Medical Certificate is essential.
